1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the acs444 website at acs444.net, creating a player account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, or participating in any promotional activity offered by acs444, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of device, location within Bangladesh, or method of access.

acs444 may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published at acs444.net/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Material changes will be communicated via on-site notification or email where practicable. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and acs444.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the acs444 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. acs444 is strictly an adults-only (18+) platform. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful — acs444 takes a zero-tolerance approach to underage access.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of another person.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the acs444 platform or on any affiliated responsible gaming register.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of acs444 or any of its technology or payment partners.
• You must have the legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract and to engage in online gambling activity.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

acs444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including but not limited to a national ID card, passport, or driver's licence, and proof of address) at any point during the account lifecycle. Accounts that fail to pass identity verification within the required timeframe may be suspended or permanently closed.

Age Verification

Age verification is conducted at the point of registration and again before the first withdrawal is processed. acs444 uses a combination of automated checks and manual document review to confirm that all players meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately and permanently closed, and any deposits made will be returned to the original payment source after deducting administrative costs incurred during the verification process.

3 Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the acs444 platform at any time. Opening, operating, or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, or pending winnings held within those accounts.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide the following accurate information:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your national ID or passport)
• Date of birth (confirming you are 18 years of age or older)
• Valid email address (used for account communications and verification)
• Mobile phone number (used for two-factor authentication and transaction alerts)
• Preferred payment method details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank account, or card)
• City or district of residence within Bangladesh

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your acs444 login credentials, including your username and password. acs444 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor SMS authentication from your account security settings. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends. Any activity conducted under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the acs444 support team immediately at [email protected].

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

acs444 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All transactions on the acs444 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Deposits are credited to your acs444 account balance in real time or within a maximum processing period of 30 minutes, subject to the payment provider's processing time.
• acs444 does not charge a fee for processing deposits. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned.
• acs444 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on any account at its discretion as part of its responsible gaming and fraud prevention obligations.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification being completed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on business days are prioritised for same-day processing. Requests submitted after this time will be processed on the next business day.
• acs444 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals above ৳50,000. Processing of such withdrawals may take up to 3 business days while verification is completed.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the acs444 platform — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and virtual games — are governed by the specific product rules applicable to each game or market, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific product rule and these general terms, the specific product rule shall take precedence for that product only.

Sports Betting

• All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. acs444 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds pricing prior to settlement.
• Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL matches, the ICC for international cricket, FIFA for football).
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. acs444 may suspend in-play betting markets at any point during a live event without notice.
• Void bets (e.g., due to match abandonment, fixture postponement beyond 24 hours, or data feed error) will be refunded as cash to your account balance at the original stake amount.
• acs444 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any individual bet or market at its discretion, particularly for high-profile events such as BPL finals, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers home series.

Casino Games

• All casino games — including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and RNG-based slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming — use certified Random Number Generator technology verified by the respective game providers.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game session, the game round will be completed according to the game engine's disconnect protocol. acs444 is not liable for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Progressive jackpot wins are paid at the jackpot amount displayed at the moment the win is triggered. In the event of a display error, the jackpot amount confirmed by the game server log shall be the definitive figure.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, game, or transaction must be raised with the acs444 support team within 7 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. The acs444 decision on all disputes is final and binding, subject to any applicable laws of Bangladesh.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

acs444 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general rules set out in this section.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to a player's bonus balance and are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds not wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from the account balance without notice.
• Unless stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms, bonuses apply to eligible real-money bets placed from your bonus balance. Bets placed using bonus funds on excluded game types (as listed in the promotion terms) will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• acs444 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players who attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk, or using automated betting software — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• A player may hold only one active welcome bonus at a time. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only on their first qualifying deposit.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. acs444 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct, and to withhold any balance, pending withdrawals, or bonus funds associated with that account pending investigation.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle, including falsifying identity documents submitted for verification purposes.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the acs444 platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals with your payment provider in relation to acs444 deposits. acs444 will pursue recovery of all chargeback losses and will permanently close accounts engaging in this behaviour.
• Match Fixing and Corruption: Placing bets based on inside information or in connection with any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corruption involving any sporting event available on the acs444 sportsbook.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in casino games, including live dealer tables, to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, AI betting software, or any other automated system to place bets or interact with the acs444 platform without human intervention.
• Money Laundering: Using the acs444 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity. acs444 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
• Hacking and Exploitation: Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the acs444 platform infrastructure, game software, or payment processing systems.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

acs444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their acs444 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closing an account, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds.

Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request a voluntary self-exclusion through the acs444 responsible gaming tools available after acs444 login, or by contacting the support team directly. Self-exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion are available. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reopened and no new accounts may be registered. Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. acs444 reserves the right to charge a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 or the remaining account balance (whichever is lower) on accounts that remain inactive beyond this period. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any inactivity fee, and the fee will cease once the account is reactivated or closed.
